Methi Paratha


Ingredients

1 cup chopped methi leaves ( fenugreek leaves)
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 green chillis ( finely chopped)
salt
1-1/2 cup wheat flour
water to knead the dough
oil for making chapathis



Method
.
Add salt ,methi leaves ,onions ,green chillis to the wheat flour Mix everything until flour
becomes wet ,then sprinkle with water to form a dough (like chapathi dough)
.
Now make small balls with dough and roll each ball ,like chapathi
.
Heat tawa and add rolled chapathi cook on both sides with 1 tsp oil
.
Done serve hot with dal
.

  13. Methi paratha is my favorite paratha to have! I get it a lot at a local cafe with raita and It's sooooo good... Now I crave it terribly!
