INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup besan
4 tbs butter ( room temperature )
salt
1 tsp chilli powder
oil for deep frying
METHOD
.
Dry roast besan on a low flame for 5 min
.
Mix rice flour ,besan, chilli powder and salt in a bowl
.
Add room temperature butter and rub to the flour
.
Now sprinkle water and mix well to form a dough
.
Fill in to murukku presser and press on wet cloth
.
Heat oil in a pan ,fry murrukus on medium flame untill golden
.
Cool them completely and store in a air tight container
