INGREDIENTS
2 large tomatoes ( chopped )
2 cups of yogurt
3 cloves of garlic ( chopped)
3 green chillis( chopped)
1/2 tsp turmuric
2 tbs oil
1/2 tsp methi seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds and musturd seeds
1 dry red chilli
cilantro
salt
.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ,musturd seeds, methi seeds ,dry red chilli and garlic

sautee for a min
.
Now add chopped green chillis , tomatoes , turmuric and salt ,mix everything and cook for 5 to 10 min until tomatoes are soft

Turn off stove add chopped cilantro and let the tomatoes cool completely

Now add yogurt ,mix well and adjust salt
.
Done ,serve with hot rice ,and it taste great with paratha
