Wow, or double dowsy wowsy... Your site and recipes have me drooling over the possibilities... being English of Anglo Saxon extraction, I have been introduced to a wide variety of curries (or is that khari's) in London - then moved to France where there ain't none... Consequence - make it yourself, but I can never quite get that subtle background flavour - close, but not quite...! so thank you for your advice and assistance... Actually, you could probably help me out here...! Tongue in cheek - would you like to marry me...!
