1 cup shrimp ( cooked and frozen)
2 tbs butter
salt
3 garlic cloves ( chopped)
1/2 tsp red chili flakes or 2 dry red chilis
wash shrimp with salt and water for 3 to 4 times (untill u feel clear smell).
Heat pan then add butter , chopped garlic and red chili flakes fry for 1 min then add shrimp and salt , sautee on low flame until shrimp is completely cooked and golden
that is quick and easy, and looks very yummy too! You can send this to Sunita for the Think Spice event... Happy New Year Sagari!
