Hmmmm...these look so light and airy. Having messed up my first attempt at urad dal dosa, I tried these, but they came out a little too thick. I suspect I did not thin the batter out enough or spread it thinly on a very hot griddle. Does that sound right, Sagari?

Sagari said...

Susan --- yes susan the batter must be very thin and we need to pour on a hot griddle and let it cook on medium high for 3 to 4 min ,try next time u will defently get nice and crispy dosa

SAGARI, YOUR DOSAS LOOK SIMPLY SUPERB.
BUT MAY I ASK YOU WHAT IS HING?

NOT TOO FAMILIAR WITH IT?
IS IT ASAFOETIADA/FRESH CORRIANDER LEAVES?
DEFINITELY GONG TO TRY FOR TOMORROW'S DINNER WITHOUT THE HING.
THANKS FOR THE RECIPE ...GODS BLESSINGS TO YOU DEAR
