Gobi Aloo Mutter



INGREDIENTS

1 cup califlower florets
1 cup potato cubes
1/2 cup green peas
1 onion ( chopped very finely)
1 tomato ( chopped very finely)
2 to 3 green chillis ( chopped very finely)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmuric
3 to 4 tbs oil
1 tsp cuminseeds
cilantro leaves
salt

FOR MASALA

1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp aamchoor powder (or) chat masala
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp red chiili powder

Make a paste of everything by adding 1/4 cup water

METHOD
.
Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds ,ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillis onions and turmuric , sautee until onions are soft
.
Now add chopped tomatoes , fry for 2 min and add masala paste ,mix everything
.
Now add califlower florets , potato cubes , green peas and salt ,mix everything ,cover and cook on a low flame until all veggis are soft ( do not forget to mix in the middle while cooking)
.
Sprinkle with fresh cilantro
.
Done serve hot with roti
