Egg Fried Rice


Ingredients

2 cups cooked rice ( cooled)
2 eggs
2 green cillis
3 garlic cloves
1 cup mixed veggis (onions,bell peppers,peas,carrots)
salt
1 tsp sugar
3 tbs oil
3 tbs say sauce



Method
Make a paste of garlic and green chillis
Chop all veggis and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and green chilli paste fry for 1 min then add veggis
fry on high flame until little bit cooked and crunchy ,move all veggis to corner of pan and add eggs and scramble it for 1 min then mix everything (veggis and eggs)
add salt,sugar,saysauce add cooled rice fry on high flame for 5 min
Squeeze lemon juice before serving
