Egg Paratha


Ingredients

5 eggs
1 tbs milk
6 chapatis (or) pulkas (or) tortillas
1 cup onions ( chopped)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chat masala
salt
cilantro
oil ( for making parathas)



Method
Beat eggs with 1 tbs of milk and pour in to plate like as shown in below picture
.
Heat skillet with 1 tsp of oil
.
Take one pulka dip in egg mixture on both sides and drop it on a skillet
( if u want u can pour some more egg mixture with spoon )then
sprinkle with salt ,chilli powder and cilantro, drizzle with oil and cook on both sides until golden
.
Once paratha is cooked on both sides , fill with 2 tbs of chopped onions and sprinkle with chat masala
.
Do the same processess with remaining pulkas
.
Done serve hot
