Cup cakes

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp baking powder

I used store bought frosting

Method

In a bowl, cream sugar and butter,add eggs and vanilla extract beat for 5 min until smooth

Shift together flour and baking powder and mix in to above wet mixture ( in 2 to 3 batches )

Add milk and mix everything until well blended

Add cup cake liners or butter the Baking pan ,then pour batter in to pan

Preheat oven to 350

Bake for 30 to 35 min or untill tooth pick comes out clean

COOL and apply frosting
