Ingredients
6 chicken leg pieces
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 whole lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbs oil
2 tbs melted butter
salt
red food color optional ( I did not used)
Make 4 to 5 slits in the leg pieces sprinkle with lemon juice ,salt and chilli powder rub for 2 min
.
Now add ginger garlic paste , garam masala ,coriander powder,oil and yogurt RUB everything
to the chicken pieces and marinate for 2 hours ( if u want add food color )
.
Preheat oven to 400
.
Arrange chicken pieces in a baking tray cook for 45 min to 1 hour
.
Baste melted butter every 15 min once to the chicken pieces
.
Once chicken is completely cooked sprinkle with chat masala ,sliced onions and green chillis
.
bake for another 5 min
.
Done

Sagari, The chicken looks divine.Since my husband has been transfferred to different place.He is been asking me the Tandoori recipe.I have mailed ur blog.
