Banana Muffins

I am so happy that I recieved a Yummy blog award from Sukanya Ramkumar , Sangeeth ,
vandana rajesh , LG , Trupti , Priya , sowmya Thank you so much ,U girls made my day



Ingredients

3 ripe bananas ( mashed)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour



Method
.
Mix the mashed banana, sugar, egg ,vanilla and butter together, keep aside
.
In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour
.
Mix wet and dry ingredients all together, being careful not to over-mix
.
Pour into greased muffin tins
.
Bake in 350 degrees oven for approximately 20 minutes
.
Done

  24. OMG....U have an ultimate blog :)...I recently started cooking and started a blog just for 2 record my recipes...i mean what i did to get that for future reference...but urs is like a cookery school...WHoa....I am soo impressed :-)
