Ingredients
1 cup pancake mix
2 to 3 tbs peanut butter
Butter to make pan cakes
Jelly
1/2 cup hot water
Method
.
Take 2 to 3 tbs of peanut butter in to bowl add hot water and wisk until
smooth and thin
.
Now add thinned peanut butter mixture to pancake mix and add extra water
to make a batter
.
Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan add a laddle full of batter and cook on both
sides
.
Take the required quantity of jelly in to bowl and microwave for 30 to 40 sec
to get a liquid like consistency
.
Pour jelly over pancakes and serve hot
.
Done.
That's a great idea, I seen a guy at work spread peanut butter on his pancakes before, but this sounds even better!
