Ingredients
1 pound ground meat ( I used chicken )
1 onion chopped
1 dry red chilli
3 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp oregano
3 tbs tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
2 to 3 tbs oil
salt
1 pound spaghetti cooked as per package directions
2 tbs parmesan cheese
.
Heat oil in a pan add redchilli and garlic fry for a min then add ground meat cook on medium
flame until brown
.
Now add chopped onions and oregano sautee for 3 more min until onions are soft
.
Add tomato paste ,tomato sauce ,hot sauce and salt MIX everything and cook for another 1o
min
.
Add cooked spaghetti MIX and sprinkle with cheese
.
Done serve hot
That's a delicious dish sagari...and chicken..would love to include it in my chicken event.
