Tindora fry (Dondakaya vepudu)


Ingredients

1 pound tindora (slit length wise)
4 tbs fresh grated coconut
2 green chillis (chopped)
1 onion (sliced)
Salt

For tadka

3 tbs oil
1 tsp cumin seeds and musturd seeds
1 tsp fennal seeds
2 tbs chana dal
1/2 tsp hing
2 dry red chiilis
2 garlic cloves (chopped)


Method

Heat oil in a wide pan ,add all the tadka ingredients fry for min then add sliced onions chopped green chilli and tindora slices ,mix everything ,cover and cook on a low flame untill tindora becomes soft then add grated coconut and adjust salt.DONE
