INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh ( or) frozen carrot and peas
1 onion ( chopped)
3 garlic cloves ( chopped)
3 tbs fresh coconut
2 to 3 green chillis
1 tsp cumin seeds and musturd seeds
1 dry red chilli
3 tbs oil
salt
1/2 tsp turmuric powder
METHOD
.
Add fresh coconut and green chllis to a chopper and make a rough paste ( with out adding water)
.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds ,musturd seeds ,dry red chilli ,and chopped garlic ,fry for a min then add chopped onions sautee for 2 to 3 min
.
Now add chopped carrots and peas , salt ,turmuric powder ,mix everything and sautee on medium flame for 10 to 15 min untill carrots are done
.
Now add ground coconut and greenchilli paste ,mix well and cook for 2 to 3 min
.
DONE
