3 cups boiled noodles
1 cup chopped veggis ( carrots,beans,onions,spring onions,celery ,cabbage,peas )
3 garlic cloves
2 green chillis
salt
3 tbs oil
1 tbs sesame seeds ( roasted)
1 tsp sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs rice wine venigar
In a chopper make a chunkey paste of garlic and green chillis
Heat oil in a wide pan add garlic and green chilli paste fry for 1 min then add
chopped veggis fry on high flame until all veggis are crisp tender then add sugar,salt,soysauce and venigar fry for one more min and add boiled noodles
mix everything and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds
For fried egg just make a plain omlet with egg ,salt and pepper
done serve hot noodles with fried egg
