Ingredients
2 chicken breast ( cubed in to bite size )
1 large red bell pepper ( cubed)
2 green chilis ( slit in to lengthwise)
2 tbs oil
.
For marination
.
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
juice of 1 lemon
salt
chilli powder
Method
Take a bowl add chicken cubes , ginger garlic paste ,lemon juice , salt , chilli powder ,mix everything and marinate for 1 to 2 hours
.
Heat oil in a pan add slit green chillis then add marinated chicken , fry on high flame for 3 to 4 min then cover and cook on a low flame untill water is evaporated and chicken is cooked
.
Now add cubed red peppers ,mix everything ,adjust salt and fry on a medium flame until peppers are soft and chicken is golden
.
Done, serve hot as an appetizer or as a side dish for indian flat breads
.
