Hara sheek Kabab



Ingredients

1 pound ground meat ( I used chicken ,u can use any meat )
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup bread crumbs (approx)
1 tbs garam masala
1/2 cup onions ( very very finely chopped)
2 to 3 tbs oil
salt
Wooden skewers ( soak in water before using )
Baking tray lined with foil
Lemon juice before serving

Grind to a smooth paste

1/2 cup cilantro
10 mint leaves
4 to 5 green chillis



Method

Add ground meat , salt, ginger garlic paste , cilantro , mint and green chilli paste, garam masala,
oil, finely chopped onions , bread crumbs to a bowl ,Mix everything
.
Take a lemon size ball of meat and SHAPE like as shown in above picture on to a wooden skewers
.
Preheat oven to 450 f
.
Place the prepared meat skewers on a baking tray and cook for 12 to 15 min on one side then turn the skewers and cook another 12 to 15 until meat is cooked completely
.
Done
.
Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot

Shilpa---U can get ground chicken in any grocery store near ground beef I think

IF not u can just add boneless thighs and breast(cubes (half cup once) in a chopper and pulse it 2 to 3 times
