HI EVERYONE ,THANK U SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR WISHES
INGREDIENTS
2 cups basmathi rice
1 cup mixed veggies
2 to 3 green chillis ( slit length wise)
1 tsp fennal seeds
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 onion ( chopped finely)
4 tbs oil
1 tsp garam masala
salt
METHOD
.
Wash rice 2 to 3 times and soak for 30 min
.
Heat oil in a pan add fennal seeds , green chillis , onions and ginger & garlic paste ,sautee untill onions are light brown
.
Now add veggies ,salt and garam masala MIX everything and cover and cook for 5 to 10 min
.
Now add soaked and drained rice and 3-1/2 cup water ,cover with lid and cook until rice is done
.
