Aloo Palak (potatoes and spinach fry)


Ingredients:

2 potatoes (chopped in to small cubes)
1 bunch spinach ( chopped)
6 to 7 dry red chilis flakes
1/2 lemon juice
1 onion ( chopped)
1/2 tsp turmuric
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt
3 tbs oil
3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp cumin and musturd seeds



Method:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,musturd seeds and red chiili flakes fry for 1 min then add chopped garlic and onions saute for 2 min ,now add chopped potatoes ,turmuric and salt mix and cook on a low flame until potatoes are half done .Now add chopped spinach ,mix ,cover with lid and cook on a low flame untill potatoes are completely cooked then add garam masala powder and lemon juice fry for 2 min .
DONE
serve with roti

Hi Sagari! This is my son's favourite curry. I usually add ginger...although i never tried it with lime juice. Will try it next time.
