Roasted Garlic bread


Ingredients

6 slices of french bread
2 tbs of butter
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 dry red chilli (or) chili flakes
salt

Method
In a pan add butter , chopped garlic and red chilli flakes cook on a low flame until garlic is light brown
.
Apply garlic butter to bread slices and sprinkle with salt
.
Preheat oven to 375
.
Bake for 10 min until bread is crisp and golden

I Love it! Garlic bread is great! I usually just spread the bread and top it with raw garlic before it goes into oven, but your recipe is interesting, too. I am going to try it next time. thank you!

The flavor of garlic bread is quite sublime, Sagari. Being vegan, I use olive oil instead of butter. I love your pictures.
