Veg Cutlet


Ingredients

4 potatos ( boiled)
1 cup mixed veggis ( boiled--I used frozen carrot ,peas and corn)
salt
1 tbs chat masala
3 tbs oil

Grind to a smooth paste

1/2 cup cilantro
3 green chillis

For topping

chopped onions
chopped tomatoes
tamarind chutney ( I used store bought)
green chutney ( I used store bought)
sev or crushed potato chips
cilantro

.
Method
.
Add boiled potatoes, boiled mixed veggis ,salt ,chat masala, cilantro and green chilli paste to a bowl ,Mash everything and make patties
.
Heat oil in a pan , shallow fry patties until golden brown
.
Top it with all the above listed toppings and serve hot
.
