Methi Chole

Hi girls ,sorry for not visiting and commenting in your blogs regularly ,Actually I am expecting
my first baby and completed my first trimester ,so feeling very tired , hope I will get well and catch u girls soon

INGREDIENTS

2 cans garbanzo beans
1 potato ( cubes)
1 cup methi leaves
1 cup tomatoes ( chopped)
1 onion ( chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmuric powder
2 cloves
2 cardamom pods
3 tsp oil
salt



METHOD

.
Heat oil in a pan ,add cloves and cardamom then add ginger garlic paste ,onions and methi leaves fry everything for 5 min
.
Now add chopped tomatoes ,turmuric powder ,mix everything and add chopped potatoes and salt
.
Cover and cook on medium flame until potatoes are soft
.
Now add drained beans ,chilli powder, coriander powder ,garammasala powder and cup of water cover and simmer for 5 to 10 min
.
DONE serve hot with roti ,puri and it tastes delecious with soft dosas
