This is one of my fav chicken recipe I got this recipe from my cousin pinky
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (cubed) or ground chicken
1 large onion ( sliced)
1 cup cilantro
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder (or) chicken curry powder
2 tbs dalia powder ( roasted chana dal powder)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmuric powder
4 to 5 tbs oil
4 green chillis ( slit)
salt
Method:
Take food precesser add , cilantro, ginger & garlic paste , salt , coriander powder,
chilli powder,garam masala powder , dalia powder ,turmuric powder ( except onion ) grind everything to a smooth
paste .
Now add chicken cubes pulse 4 to 5 times in a processer until well blended ( do not over grind chicken it will become tough) make lemon size balls as shown in above picture
Heat oil in a pan add sliced onions and slit green chillis fry for 2 min then place chicken balls in a pan cover and cook on a low flame until chicken is cooked completely and brown (turn the chicken balls in the middle while cooking).done
serve with roti

This looks Great sagari, I make chicken keema but in curry form not like this one...will surely try next time, I think we can have cutlets too that may go as burgers

Hi, I'm trying now this recipe Chicken Kheema Balls, Thanks for the recipe and my paste had became little loose, what I had to do at this situation which floor I had to add to make a tight paste so that easy to make balls.....
